PREREQUISITES:
Graduate standing, and
Mechanical Engineering 326 or the equivalent.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Application of quantum mechanics, ensembles and partition functions, ideal gases, chemical equilibria and
reaction rates, kinetic theory and spectroscopy. May be repeated for credit when the topics vary.
