Ted A. Aanstoos

Ted A. Aanstoos is a half-time Senior Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering department at UT Austin. He follows 23 years as a Research Engineer/Scientist at the Center for Electromechanics, specializing in design and fabrication of advanced energy storage and power conditioning equipment. He is also a PhD candidate in the LBJ School of Public Affairs, and is preparing a dissertation addressing the economic impact of international technology standards. Mr. Aanstoos is a Domestic Guest Researcher for NIST. He is a Fellow in ASME International and a registered professional engineer in Texas.
