Parking In Etc Loading Dock & Loading Zones

Please take note of the parking rules for the ETC Loading Dock and Loading Zones. Failure to follow these rules could result in a citation from Parking and Transportation Services .

 

1. You can park for up to 30 minutes in the loading dock or loading zone - you must have the vehicle flashers on during this period. Please be sure to lock the vehicle and take the keys with you. It would be very helpful if you would inform one of the shop personnel when you park in the loading dock, where in the building you can be found in the event a delivery vehicle arrives, you can be alerted to move.
2. It is a violation to park in an unmarked space - such as double parking behind a vehicle that is legally parked against Chilling Station # 5.
3. It is a violation to obstruct another vehicle, vehicular traffic, or pedestrian traffic.
4. If you find the loading dock and loading zone unavailable because of other vehicles parked there, you should either wait for an available space, or come back at a later time.

Vendor Parking
We now have dashboard permits that we can issue to vendors to park in our loading dock. Permits are available through Don Artieschoufsky on a per request basis. If Don is not available, Danielle Fournier and Alicia Snyder have permits as well.

Please email Don of each occurrence, the date/time duration of the visit, and where the vendor can be located in the building in the event we need to locate them to move their vehicle for loading/unloading of shipments.

Please have vendors use the west loading dock.
