These laser pointers are only for
Staff/Faculty use.
The pointers are extremely
powerful. Please exercise caution when using them and avoid pointing them at
people as they can cause retina damage.
If you are planning on giving a
presentation in a room with a rear projection system (ETC
2.132 or ETC 2.136), then you will need
on to use on of these pointers instead of a normal red one. The green
pointers are the only type powerful enough for this type of setup.
To checkout a green laser pointer, simply
come by our office and sign one out. |
