Portrait Photography
We offer portrait digital pictures for academic related use. These are taken on a digital camera and emailed to you in JPEG format. No reservation is required and they only take a minute or two to do. This service is available to anyone.

PowerPoint Templates
Below are four templates for use with PowerPoint. They are simply blank PowerPoint documents with a special made background to give your presentation that professional look. All of the templates are either UT related or ME related. Feel free to download these and distribute them as much as you would like. If you need help using them, please contact us!

Scanning Services
We provide Document-to-PDF scanning services for documents that are black & white, color, text, or images. To have a document converted to PDF, simply bring it by our office (ETC 3.116). Documents must be loose leaf and 50 pages or less. Single sided and double sided documents both accepted. Turn around time for a typical job is one day and in many cases a few hours.

We also provide basic scanning services, such as scanning pictures, slides, etc. The limitations and requirements for these jobs vary. For specific questions, please contact us. This service is available to faculty members and staff only.
