ME Holiday Party, December 5, 2008
Graduate students, Tim and Anne Silverman
AUSTIN, TEXAS—December 8, 2008
We work hard in the Mechanical Engineering Department, but it's certainly not all work and no play. Our alumni and industrial relations coordinator, Danielle Fournier, put on another hat to serve as the department event planner, and organized a great holiday bash this year at The Thompson Conference Center. Faculty, staff, student assistants, family members and guests had a great time relaxing, talking and partaking of great food and company on Friday evening, December 5, 2008.
Everyone especially enjoys meeting the department's children. This year, we were privileged to meet a few of our next-generation ME students from the class of 2030!
High-resolution photos are available and downloadable from this page. Click on the photo to download the high resolution file or select the links on the right. All the images open in their own window. Most are approximately 3 to 4MB. We hope you will enjoy sharing them with your families this holiday season. We'll be back for more of that hard work in January.
The Department wishes all our students, faculty, staff, parents and families of students a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous, exciting and challenging new year. May you have great success in all your endeavors in the coming year.
