Please
choose one of the following entrees:
1.
Classic Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Traditional meat sauce seasonedwith
garlic and herbs over spaghetti.
2.
Lasagna Classico. Layers of pasta, meat sauce, and ricotta, mozzarella,
parmesan and romano cheeses.
3.
Eggplant Parmigiana. Eggplant slices lightly breaded and fried, topped
with fresh marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with
spaghetti.
4.
Fettuccine Alfredo. Parmesan cream sauce with a hint of garlic, served
over fettuccine.
5.
Ravioli di Portobello. Portobello mushroom-filled ravioli baked in
a creamy smoked cheese and roasted sundried tomato sauce.
Price: $10 for members, $13.50 for guests. Members include any local OR professionals who intend to participate in future chapter activities, whether or not they have previously been active in this chapter. There are presently no dues required of members. Guests will not vote in the elections.
Additional items, such as wine, beer, and appetizers, may be ordered at the bar at your own additional expense.
