OR_MM stands for Operations Reserach Models and Methods. The OR_MM add-in allows the user to install and remove add-ins without using the Add-in command of the Tools menu. With the add-in installed, OR_MM appears on the Excel menu as shown to the right. Selecting the Add ORMM item shows the dialog below. When the check box adjacent to a title is selected the add-in is installed. When a check is removed, the add-in is removed and the associated items on the OR_MM menu are deleted. If an entry on the list has a gray color, the box cannot be checked.

When all the add-ins are placed in a single folder on the hard disk, the dialog will show all the add-ins in that folder. The Scan button causes a search of the directory where the OR_MM add-in is stored.

To install the OR_MM add-in choose the Add-in command on the Tools menu. Browse to find the directory where the OR_MM add-in is installed and double click on it. Once installed, the OR_MM menu will appear on every worksheet you use. This makes the entire OR_MM collection of add-ins immediately available. The manufacturing add-ins are not listed on this dialog and must be added and removed using the Add-in command on the Tools menu.

Add-ins may also be installed through the Add-in command on the Tools menu. If the add-in does not appear on the Add-in list, use the Browse or Select command to find and install the add-in.
