Dr. Richard Crawford is a Professor in the Mechanical Systems and Design area of the
Department of Mechanical Engineering here

research interests include geometric modeling, solid freeform
fabrication, and tools to support exploratory, concurrent engineering.

Dr. Kristin Wood is Professor in the Mechanical Systems and Design area of the
Department of Mechanical Engineering here
at The University of Texas at Austin. His
research interests include functional tolerancing, methods to improve
manufacturing precision, uncertainty / imprecision methods in design, reverse
engineering for redesign.
Dr. Matt Campbell is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Systems and Design area of the
Department of Mechanical Engineering here
at The University of Texas at Austin. His
research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Engineering Design,
Cognitive Models of Design Activity, Complex Adaptive Systems and Evolutionary
Computation, Shape Grammars and Functional Grammars in Engineering, Qualitative
Physics, Design and Analysis of Microelectromechanical (MEMS) Systems, and
Product and Industrial Design.
