To determine what PV system is required to cover your homes' energy requirements you need to do the following in sequence:
Determine the daily electrical power requirements of your household. Enter your average daily usage time of the household devices listed to get the average daily electrical budget of your house (W-hr/d).
Indicate your approximate location in the United States.
Read the number of 50 Watt Solar Modules (by Photocomm, Inc.) and the recommended battery bank size needed to cover your homes' electrical requirements.
Enter the Geographical Latidude of your home to determine the recommended tilt angle for your solar arrays.
