Graduate Studies in Nuclear and Radiation Engineering

The Nuclear and Radiation Engineering Program (NRE) is seeking outstanding students. The NRE program is particularly interested in applicants with a strong background in engineering, physics, applied math, electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering. This is a small, dynamic graduate program within the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The Department is ranked among the top 10 graduate programs in the US by US News and World Report, and among the top ten programs nationally in terms of publications and citations per faculty member by the National Research Council.
